All retail orders cost $5 for shipping no matter how many pairs are ordered.
Any issues after leaving here are the customers responsibility with USPS. If you’d like to add insurance or use another carrier, arrangements must be made PRIOR to placing an order.
If you have an issue with USPS delivering and you do not notify us then the item is returned, you’re responsible for the second shipping cost.
Correspondence via email only to email@example.com. No texts or FB messages. Emails will be answered during business hours. Monday to Friday. We will not respond to “has my order shipped.”
Shipping notification is sent automatically via email. If you have not received correspondence within 2 weeks and would like to check the status of your order, email and we will check.
